The Challenge

SV6 is a residential development project entering a competitive real estate market where buyers expect more than just floor plans and prices.

The challenge was to build a strong, trustworthy brand from the ground up — one that communicates value, lifestyle and long-term vision, not just square meters.

Our Role

ZAGERRA leads the project from a strategic and creative standpoint, acting as a central partner responsible for the overall direction, coordination and communication of the development.

While some outputs are delivered in collaboration with trusted external partners, we oversee the entire process — ensuring consistency, quality and alignment across all touchpoints.

Our Approach

The project began with defining the core idea behind SV6 — from naming and brand positioning to visual identity and communication tone.

From there, we built a marketing system designed to evolve alongside the development itself, allowing content, messaging and channels to grow organically as the project progresses.
